Eligibility for Return

Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging without damage.

Return Process

Please contact our support email to apply for return before sending back goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Arrangement

After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Responsibility for Shipping Cost

If returns are caused by personal reasons, the buyer shall bear return shipping cost. We take responsibility for defective or wrong items delivered by us.
